How do you handle security and compliance?

Every plan runs on our SOC 2 Type II certified platform with encryption in transit and at rest. Growth and Enterprise add Trust Center access, SSO with 27+ identity providers, and Directory Sync. Enterprise adds Bring Your Own Key encryption, endpoint protection, and audit log streaming.

Where is our data stored?

By default, your data is hosted in Europe on Google Cloud London (europe-west2). The UK holds an EU adequacy decision under GDPR (renewed December 2025, valid until December 2031), so personal data flows freely from the EU and EEA with no Standard Contractual Clauses or transfer impact assessments required. Enterprise customers can choose EU (Frankfurt) or US hosting at provisioning.
