We connect to the same data warehouses your BI tool uses. Over time, as ownership and accountability close the loop department by department, many teams find they need their BI tool less and less.
Why no per-seat pricing?
Because the whole point is to get more people looking at and acting on metrics, not fewer. Per-seat pricing punishes adoption. Starter covers up to 10 users. Growth and Enterprise are unlimited. All plans are on an annual contract. We want your whole team in the tool, not just the data team.
What's the difference between Starter and Growth?
Starter gives you the full core platform for up to 10 users with Google Sheets, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. Growth removes the user cap, adds enterprise warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Azure SQL), dbt Semantic Layer Sync, Business Models, Analyst View, MCP Server, AI Agents, SSO, Directory Sync, and SMS/WhatsApp delivery. If you have more than 10 people who need to see the metrics, you run an enterprise data warehouse, or you want AI and MCP access, you need Growth.

Can we integrate our existing data warehouse?
All plans include Google Sheets, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. Growth adds BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure SQL, Redshift, Looker, and dbt Semantic Layer Sync. KPI Tree connects directly to your warehouse, so your metrics stay governed and up to date without any data duplication.
How do you handle security and compliance?
Every plan runs on our SOC 2 Type II certified platform with encryption in transit and at rest. Growth and Enterprise add Trust Center access, SSO with 27+ identity providers, and Directory Sync with major HR systems. Enterprise adds Bring Your Own Key encryption, endpoint protection, and audit log streaming for regulated industries.
Where is our data stored?
By default, your data is hosted in Europe on Google Cloud London (europe-west2). The UK holds an EU adequacy decision under GDPR (renewed December 2025, valid until December 2031), so personal data flows freely from the EU and EEA with no Standard Contractual Clauses or transfer impact assessments required. Enterprise customers can choose EU (Frankfurt) or US hosting at provisioning.
