Starter is a way to see your metrics as one causal tree: the canvas, linked child trees, lineage, anomaly detection, period comparisons, live collaboration, RACI ownership on every metric and Slack and email subscriptions, for up to 10 users on Google Sheets, MySQL and PostgreSQL. Growth is the platform that acts on it. It removes the user cap and adds the enterprise warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Azure SQL, Looker) with dbt Semantic Layer and Snowflake Semantic Views sync, root cause analysis, tasks and verified impact, personalised action plans, Business Models, Analyst View, SSO and Directory Sync. It also adds Canopy: business context for your AI assistants over MCP and in Slack, Knowledge, Canopy Agents and Canopy Agentic Workflows. Enterprise adds the context graph, Strategy Execution, building your own agents and custom agents built with you. If you want the platform to tell you why a number moved and what to do about it, you want Growth.

Canopy is the business context layer that sits above your semantic layer. Your semantic layer tells an agent how a metric is calculated. Canopy adds how your metrics drive each other, who owns them, what actually worked and the plan it all serves, every claim checked against the numbers and carrying its provenance. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Genie and Cortex read it over MCP, and the Slack assistant answers from it in any channel. Canopy is included in Growth and Enterprise.

Growth and Enterprise include Canopy Agents, the ready-made agents that run on your metric context with your permissions on Claude, OpenAI or Gemini, and Canopy Agentic Workflows, which automate what happens when a metric moves, goes silent or misses target, with approvals, Slack, email and tasks chained in. Enterprise adds building your own agents for any task, and custom agents built for your business with our team alongside you.

All plans include Google Sheets, MySQL and PostgreSQL. Growth adds BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure SQL, Redshift and Looker, syncs metrics from your dbt Semantic Layer or Snowflake Semantic Views, drafts SQL with Snowflake Cortex Analyst, and brings metrics in from any MCP server such as Stripe, HubSpot or Linear. KPI Tree connects directly to your warehouse, so your metrics stay governed and up to date without any data duplication.

Every plan runs on our SOC 2 Type II certified platform, continuously monitored, with encryption in transit and at rest. We do not store your raw data: calculations run in memory, in real time, against your warehouse, and only the aggregated daily series each metric produces is kept, encrypted at rest. Growth and Enterprise add Trust Center access, SSO with 27+ identity providers, and Directory Sync with major HR systems, for people and agents alike. Enterprise adds security policies your admins set for AI assistants, warehouse data and workflows, and an audit log of who did what in your workspace. Endpoint protection, Bring Your Own Key encryption and audit log streaming are Enterprise+.

By default, your data is hosted in Europe on Google Cloud London (europe-west2). The UK holds an EU adequacy decision under GDPR (renewed December 2025, valid until December 2031), so personal data flows freely from the EU and EEA with no Standard Contractual Clauses or transfer impact assessments required. Enterprise customers can choose EU (Frankfurt) or US hosting at provisioning, which is Enterprise+.
