Churn rate tells you how many customers left. NPS tells you how customers felt weeks ago. Net Revenue Retention (NRR) is a financial outcome calculated after the fact. By the time any of these numbers appear in a quarterly report, the operational decisions that produced them happened months earlier.
This creates a structural problem that no dashboard can solve. CS teams drown in data: product usage logs, support ticket volumes, NPS survey responses, engagement scores, renewal dates, expansion pipeline.
